Minnesota GOP Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann is either crazy or on drugs. I vote for crazy.
The “go-to gal” for conservative cable shoutfests is at again. In her first term, she made 22 appearances on national cable television, but her latest tops them all.
You will recall that in an appearance on Hardball with Chris Matthews on MSNBC she said, “I wish the American media would take a great look at the views of the people in Congress and find out if they are pro-America or anti-America.”
Then she denies ever saying this, claiming it’s an “urban legend”.
What is wrong with a voter who is so loyal to a party that the would elect someone this divisive, this hateful, this out of touch with reality?
Of course, this state once elected a professional wrestler as its governor. Hmmm.

I’m so glad that you’re continuing to follow this story. Rep. Bachmann was one of the most frightening supporters of McCain/Palin (and believe me, there were some scary supporters.) I actually got so obsessed with her that I wrote my own blog post: “Michele Bachmann Needs a Time Machine.”
